About the title:
Independent magazine based in Denmark, dedicated to the exploration of a more sustainable, resilient, and responsible food culture. They invite readers to look beyond the bite of food on their fork, and to see the whole picture of their meal and their role in it. Founded in Fall, 2018, out of a wish to take part in the environmental debate through the lens of food, and to create a place where we can explore and imagine a more sustainable, resilient, and responsible food culture. A platform for activist and transformative storytelling.
Their aim is to embrace as many inspiring and diverse perspectives and knowledges as possible, from around the world. They team up with acclaimed chefs, regenerative farmers, microbiologists, poets, fermentors, urban gardeners, writers, responsible restaurants, rebellious journalists, critical academics, artists, caring practitioners, travelers, initiators, environmental- and ecological activists, and many more.
