APOTHEKE FRAGRANCE is a fragrance brand in which all processes from product mixing, production, and packaging are handmade at our factory in Chiba City, Chiba Prefecture. The brand name, APOTHEKE, in German means "where to mix fragrances and herbs" and "dispensing pharmacy." We propose "how to enjoy the fragrance as a part of life" from the standpoint of being rooted in our customers' lives like "pharmacy."
About ten years ago, from the launch of the brand, the founder, Keita Sugazawa, encountered many perfume and fragrance shops in the countries he traveled to and was strongly inspired and impressed by them, which are rarely seen in Japan. .. After working at a fragrance company to learn about scents from scratch, in 2011, I set up an atelier in my hometown of Chiba Prefecture and started a handmade room fragrance brand.
We prefer simple quality and analog texture that are created by effort and are not intended for mass production using machines or outsourcing.
Therefore, it is important not only for mixing and production but also for handmade from stamping the label to packing the box. There are now more than 100 types of scents that have been created through trial and error day and night. The product lineup that started with candles now includes room sprays and incense.
